It all really started when my dream to own a vineyard finally came true.
Vinicula Vineyard, 5 acres of grapes overlooking Lake Okanagan, included 40 fruit trees ripening all at once. So I started making jams and giving them to friends and family. Years of attending cooking seminars with one of Vancouver's finest chefs, inspired me to use virtually only seasonal, regional and organic products.
I love the direct contact with buyers that I can get at a farmer's market. Now back in Vancouver, my lifelong passion for good food and wine inspires me to be constantly creating new and unique preserves.
