This unique recipe, is created with rhubarb, lovingly grown in Vancouver by Linda, BC blueberries and then married with a hint of Okanagan white wine.

Made with local strawberries. A family favorite, serve on toast, with scones, on pan-cakes, warm over ice-cream.
Sun ripened local raspberries, smell before you eat it! Warm a little bit and pour over vanilla

ARTISAN RED WINE JELLY - Okanagan Blend -
The idea for this recipe was born on the vineyard. A surplus of red wine allowed me to create a wine jelly with very little sugar added, which results in true wine flavors.

FIG PRESERVE WITH WALNUTS & EAU DE VIE
Certified organic figs, combined with organic orange juice and zest, a bit of sugar and a generous "Schuss" of Eau de Vie" Poir William, will give you an ecstatic expression of sun ripened fruit with very little sugar added. Serve with cheese (especially blue!) , turkey, poultry, panini filling, on crackers, dip in apples.
PFLAUMENMUS WITH EAU DE VIEILLE PRUNE
An old Bavarian recipe with a French Twist. Prunes are carefully and very slowly reduced with the addition of cinnamon sticks and very little organic brown and cane sugar. "Vieille Prune Eau de Vie" rounds it off. Try on heavy rye or serve as a condiment with pork roast and duck

PEAR JAM WITH GINGER & EAU DE VIE DE POIR WILLIAMS
A perfect combination of Bartlett, Anjou and other local pears with fresh ginger and some "Poir Williams" to round it off. Adds a wonderful
refreshing taste to breakfast. You can also serve it with turkey, duck or pork tenderloin.
