RASPBERRY JAM - 100 Mile Diet -
Sun ripened local raspberries, smell before you eat it! Warm a little bit and pour over vanilla ice-cream, sinfully good!
WILD BLACKBERRY JAM - Sugar Reduced, 100 Mile Diet -
Wild harvest and immediately processed, this wild berry jam is the quintessence of summer. Due to low sugar content, it's very spreadable. Try it in plain yogurt with granola!
MARMALADE with Cointreau
My own variation on an all time favorite. Made with organic citrus fruit and short processing time. A generous "Schuss" of Cointreau rounds it off.

ARTISAN RED WINE JELLY - Cabernet Sauvignon -
The idea for this recipe was born on the vineyard. A surplus of red wine allowed me to create a wine jelly with very little sugar added, which results in true wine flavors. A must with all cheese platters.

My own interpretion off an old time favorite. Made with local bell peppers it makes a nice snack on crackers with cream or fresh goat cheese.

local bell peppers and chipotle as well as chili, it's perfect with chicken, pork on crackers ...
MANGO CHUTNEY
A combination of mangos and many fresh spices gives this chutney a wonderful flavor burst. Serve traditional with all East Indian dishes, add to cold rice, pan fried fish and chicken.
FIG PRESERVE WITH EAU DE VIE
Certified organic figs, combined with organic orange juice and zest, a bit of organic cane sugar and a generous "Schuss" of Eau de Vie, will give you an ecstatic expression of sun ripened fruit with very little sugar added. Serve with cheese (especially blue!) , turkey, poultry, panini filling, on crackers, dip in apples.

BLUEBERRY & KEY LIME PRESERVE
An intriguing combination of BC blueberries paired with the citrus freshness of key limes. Great on toast and scones but also wonderful served with ham and turkey
PFLAUMENMUS WITH EAU DE VIEUX PRUNE (190 ml - $ 12.50)
An old Bavarian recipe. Prunes are carefully very slowly reduced with the addition of cinnamon sticks and very little brown sugar. Vieux Prune Eau de Vie rounds it off. Try on heavy rye or serve as a condiment with pork roast and duck.
